my call for Gateway support this evening.
You truly went the extra mile with me and I
appreciated it very much. Your
professionalism and patience was first
class.
As a result
of our conversation I learned that my
purchase was not 100% correct for what I
wanted to do and I must admit I was quite
annoyed that the salesman did not point out
all of the things which you did, that would
have made my purchasing decision different.
Always
looking to move forward, I thank you for
showing me an alternative working solution
for my configuration of converting the 7400
server to an XP workstation and connecting
as a user on the SBS and using it ask a high
octane file storage station and also the
insight of the better option over VPN, and
that is to host my own website for my
salesman access to information.
For me it
will certainly be an experience to get it up
and running, and I looking forward to the
challenge.
